The 12th edition of Ristora Hotel Sicilia (RHS) took place from 14 to 17 November 2015 at the Etnafiere exhibition center, located inside Etnapolis in Belpasso.
The edition was strongly focused on equipment innovation. Leading partners such as Rational and Carpigiani presented the latest technologies for smart cooking and professional gelato production.
It was also a pioneering edition for the involvement of hospitality school students, with sensory workshops and dedicated cooking courses.
